Female Guides are State Hockey Champions
Just in to ECHO’s Blog Central
The Salmon, Idaho girls ice hockey team (the Lady Rapids)are now state champions! The Idaho Amateur Hockey Association’s State Championship Tournament, held recently in Boise, was won by the young ladies of Salmon. They held all opponents scoreless for five games!
This is big new for ECHO because two of the girls worked as river guides for ECHO last summer–Maggie Nottestad and Heidi Ando. Congratulations Maggie and Heidi!
